The business goal was to collect data from customers interested in manufacturing in order to market to them with future incentives and products. We created a gated experience where the customer filled out a short form that in turn allowed them to download a relevant report on the subject of metalworking. We also introduced the report with a video snippet from a Grainger metalworking team member. We reached the customer via email, social, and other media channels. The business goal was to create a streamlined experience for every government contract but also reduce the time to build out the assets. I designed an experience where the user would land on the main state and local government page, choose their state and quickly choose between a couple options based on where they were at in the process of securing a contract with Grainger.
