Call Center Metrics Wallboard

They asked for help from UX. I spent some time with the product owner understanding the problem space, gather data, and understanding how the users were currently interacting with the board. In the end, I designed and developed a board that clearly showed the metrics the users needed to make informed decisions and could scale into future wallboards.
