I had the pleasure of working with Josh for the past four years at Zoro, where we collaborated across several product teams and spent the most time together on the Dispatch Design System. Josh was brought onto the team for his design systems expertise, and he played a key role in shaping the strategy, structure, and approach for Zoro’s design system. He brought thoughtful leadership, clarity, and focus to the work, helping the team establish a more intentional and scalable foundation.
