The business goal was to collect data from customers interested in manufacturing in order to market to them with future incentives and products. We created a gated experience where the customer filled out a short form that in turn allowed them to download a relevant report on the subject of metalworking. We also introduced the report with a video snippet from a Grainger metalworking team member. We reached the customer via email, social, and other media channels.
